One of the must frustrating things I've experienced. Scheduling and communication have been poor this whole pregnancy"

"The support staff here is rude, not willing to help patients and does not return calls in a timely fashion. I have been a patient at this practice for many years and been under the care of two different doctors who have either left or retired. And now I am also leaving. In few months that I have been in-between doctors I have needed two prescription refills and when I called, the support staff did not listen to what I was explaining about the situation, did not help me in the timeframe I needed assistance (forcing me to go without medication for several days) and in this most recent instance, wouldn't let me talk to the doctor to ask questions about my care and this was concerning a prescription change by a doctor I haven't seen before."

"The only reason I stay at this office is because of my OBGYN! I absolutely LOVE her but the staff here is hit or miss and most days it’s a miss. Bad attitudes, nasty tone when speaking with you, quick to cancel your appointment and send you away (especially during Covid) etc. I’ve been with my GYN for over 15 years and it would pain me to leave her due to the clinics staff but a couple times I came really close. They are improving though, my last couple visits were great. Enough of us must have complained :)"

"Dr. Nathan White is very caring and made me feel like he was very interested in providing me overall good health care. I am very happy with his plan of care regarding my personal health and wellness. I previously had a Physician who seemed very "disinterested" in my concerns, I wish I wouldn't have waited to switch. If you feel you could be getting better care or are not being heard you should definitly find another doctor. Don't always assume they are doing all things necessary, find someone who makes you feel cared for. I would recommend Dr. White to anyone looking for excellent health care."
