"This place is amazing! It was so clean and our wait time was minimal. Kat at the front desk was extremely funny, helpful and pleasant. Our visit was due to sports related injuries. Amber was patient with both of my daughters (10 and 16) when she was asking them questions about why they were there. She also answered their questions, so they felt more comfortable about their results. Rebekah took her time with their exam to make sure she covered everything and explained the things that my girls had to do to help themselves recover and to try to not re-injure. I highly recommend Springfield Urgent Care. I know I will go back."

Mohammad, Rakez the MA was very gentle and caring when taking my daughters vitals and Dr. Jessica was very informative and explained everything in detail on my daughters treatment. "This was my first time there. I was so surprised when I walked in how clean it was. There were a couple people with children in front of me and Adrianna took my information and as I was filling out some forms they were getting called in. They also have huge screen Tv in the waiting room with Disney movies on for the kids. This is Brilliant! Everyone loves Disney movies. They also offered a tea and coffee bar with snacks for their patients. I was called in a room and right away my vitals were taken and a small chat while I was there. I waited not even 5 minutes and Jessica came in. These girls were very sweet and personable. It was by far the best experience I’ve ever had in an urgent care facility. I was in and out in 25 minutes! I felt very comfortable and I will be back. Happy Holidays and thanks to you, I’m feeling much better!"

"This urgent care was great! I went right when they went open… on Labor Day… and was pretty quick to be seen. They helped me to the best of their ability, and were all friendly. It wasn’t crowded. I should note that it’s a PA here and not a doctor, in case that is important to you. Also, the MA who did my Covid test caused my nose to bleed and it really hurt… that sucked. But otherwise this place was awesome and I’ll go back if needed. Super clean, super nice staff. Coffee, tea and water available. Huge TV in the lobby for friends/family who are waiting with you. Big parking lot. Easy to find - right across from South Lake."
