"If I had the choice to give zero stars, I would. DON’T GO HERE! I can best describe this as my WORST experience with a doctor, ever! Dr. Christopher Bill let me leave his office the other day in so much pain I was suicidal. After trying to reach him for a week due to increasing pain, and he kept blowing me off asking silly questions back and forth, I finally was given an appointment in office and he couldn’t tell by looking at me I hadn’t slept in a week, was in agonizing pain, he refused to change my med and told me to just go to the hospital. So, I’m supposed live at the hospital until my Neurosurgeon appointment to be medicated properly??? Your a pain management doctor!! Do your job!! I was hospitalized. Costing thousands of dollars, just to get properly medicated. I have now found a doctor who IS LISTENING TO ME and Medicating me properly to keep me comfortable for a couple more weeks until my Neurosurgeon- thank God!!! RUN from this place though and this doctor!! His ego is more important than anything and he thinks he is God or something!!"

"i would strongly recommend Dr. John Pollina if you are experiencing chronic back pain. I have been with him for 6 plus years and he has done what no other doctor has been able to do. Which is give me relief from the pain. Yes i have to continue to see him every month or two for treatment, however this is nothing compared to how my life was before. I can work full time now and I am able to do things that I was unable to do before. On top of giving me a better quality of life, he listens to what my issues are. He works with me to find ways to better my quality of life even further. Cant thank him or his staff enough for all that they do!!! THANK YOU!"

"What can be worse than bad treatment? When one doesn't even get treatment or see Dr. Frank Pollina. I was in St.Johns Main hospital having a heart ablation. This doctor must have walked by my room and looked at my chart thus getting my information. I never saw him or received any treatment. He did however charge my insurance company $221 for services the insurance company rendered "acceptable usage" I call it fraud. Consequently I have a co-pay of $28.49! I called to complain and was met by deaf ears. Here's the kicker, Dr. Frank Pollina sent the measely sum of $28.49 to collections! I pay my bills when warranted. I had three major surgeries in 2017. One to save my life. Now I am drowning in co-pays which I will pay in time. But anyone who uses this facility better keep a close eye on your bills because I would bet you will find charges for treatment NOT given. After reading Alexandra's story, Dr. Frank Pollina will rot in hell for all eternity. Stay away for him."

"I don't even know where to start, I had such a traumatic experience at this office with Dr. Frank Pollina a few years ago. What's sad is that when someone is traumatized by a physician, especially a female, they tend to feel ashamed and embarrassed, like rape victims do. I wish I would have spoken up sooner, but it was too difficult. I was a young girl at the time and alone, I had SEVERE, debilitating back pain. I was extremely scared, I could hard walk, work, sit or do anything. For 2 yrs I had to live at home where my Mother helped with various chores. Dr. Frank Pollina could NOT care less about me or the fact that I was DISABLED from this pain. Im mostly Russian heritage and me and my family have VERY high tolerances to pain, we RARELY see doctors at all. So for me to seek help, it meant that I was in SERIOUS pain and my life had lost serious amounts of quality. This disgusting excuse for a doctor BARELY acknowledged me, dismissed me and barely did a thing for me! I was crying in front of him due to the stress and extreme depression I had from lack of movement, lack of job functionality and I begged him to help me and that there must be more we could do than A FEW BACK STRETCHES. I spoke to him with respect, kindness and weakness. He didn't even order an X-RAY OR MRI. I asked him very nicely, while crying, that I thought I should see a neurosurgeon to assess and do an MRI. Dr. Frank Pollina did NOT like this, he lost ALL control and went OFF on me. His behavior was truly PSYCHOTIC. He was screaming in my face, up close, while I cried!! All because of his EGO was HURT. He took advantage of the fact that I was a FEMALE, young and ALONE. This man is absolutely DISGUSTING and I pray that he never has a chance to work with patients EVER again. I went to a REAL doctor who was emotionally stable and they found that I had SEVERE degeneration in numerous discs and 3 tears in spine (I was in my mid 20's). Realized later on this was caused by an infection and was immune related as well. But, it was all too late at this point."
