"I had 2 different appointments, one changed after I signed in , the second the office was an HR or so behind , never got a reschedule been calling for 2 weeks to get meds I'm confused at what's going on , I need my meds and can't get them can't leave a voicemail or anything"
"Same boat as others... ever since dr zarski left its been a struggle to get my meds.. are they even open? My appointment is over a week past due no one at office and voicemail full.. I'm on a medication that can kill me if all a sudden i stop"
"I have been coming a year and everything I drive here and they are closed but I have a scheduled appointment I think people with mental health shouldn't have worry about our health visits and medications it's pathetic and now I'm contacting the medical board."
"I have been coming to lifeline for about 5 years.i came in always mad about something. Today I'm very happy n enjoy everything. The wait was worth the effort. Thanks John n kate"
"I dont understand this doctor office. They want new patients to come in to their 1st appointment with prescription bottles from another provider or previous provider to prove what you take. They make it very clear that they do not take written or verbal statements... Is it that hard to verify with a pharmacy that the patient has received those meds in the past? Let alone just calling the previous prescriber. I dont care that they want you to print out all the paperwork and copy everything but many people dont hold on to old pills bottles. This is a terrible policy to have. Sounds very lazy if you ask me. Then the business makes patients set their appointments online. DOES THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVEN HAVE SEVRETARYS? WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON HERE!"
