"Honestly not a review person at all but when looking for a new primary care moving to Michigan from Florida, I looked to reviews. I wish I did not find this office. This is by far the WORST doctors office I've ever been to. I went to this office for the first time in May of 2024 for a physical. I will say they took me back right away which was awesome, that was probably the only positive I can say. It was the medical assistants first day and one of the nurses came in or at least someone that tried to take my blood came in and wasn't speaking kindly about the girl whose first day was literally that day, just pretty unprofessional if you ask me. Then she tried 3 times to get blood. Anyways, the rest of the appt went fine. I actually thought I liked the doctor. They said they would call with my blood work results and never did. I called two weeks later and was told the doctor was on vacation for another 2 weeks but another doctor would leave notes on my Mclaren chart. She did, I called as I was concerned about a few things and wanted some detail or clarifications on some things as I'm not a doctor and don't know all this lingo. I was told if I wanted to speak to the doctor I would need to make another appointment. Which I thought kind of sucked because my insurance it's over $100 per visit and I just wanted to talk about my test results that I was supposed to receive a call about anyway. I was originally told by Debbie at the front desk they didn't have another appointment for almost 3 weeks so I took it. Then the next week, I called back and they said they could take me the next day for a telehealth appointment. To fast forward this review a bit, I talked to the doctor she was supposed to fill a prescription that literally consumed our appointment and I had to call 15 times in a span of 2 months for this to get done. Then I believe they were just sick of me by that point and trust me I was sick of them too but I had already paid for two appointments with them and wanted to get the prescription I needed and I believe they just didn't fill out the prior auth form well enough deeming what I needed a medical necessity for my insurance to cover. I finally called and asked to speak with an office manager bc Debbie at the front desk wasn't doing anything. I was told an office manager would call me back right away. A week and a half later, I had to call again and ask for the office manager. The result is the office manager, office coordinator and they tried to put the medical assistant on the phone whose first day was 2 months ago and they said the doctor won't write that because it's not approved. I told them I had friends on it for the exact same reasons/blood levels and miraculously it was filled the next day. Not sure what happened to not being able to write the prescription for 2 months since it "wasn't approved" Then the insurance called and told me they don't cover it. 2 months of headaches, I went to another doctor and already got what I needed/wanted. Honestly just a waste of time, bad communication, Dr. Angelica Radzioch genuinely doesn't care just wants her $ and was barely in office bc every time I called they were saying "oh, she's off today or oh she's already left for the day" It was 1pm most days. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"I advise you go somewhere else. A veterinarian may give better attention and followup to their patient's health. Three months later and I've yet to receive my lab results for what was stated to me as a potentially serious health concern. After numerous phone calls, close to a dozen of them, I'm told that my records and labs are there and I was suppose to have a follow up appointment.. That was never told to me nor was I ever contacted to set up the recommended appointment. Since they refuse to allow the patient themselves to have access to their own records, they were finally kind enough to send them to my new primary care physician.... I pay for the tests and the service that is provided to me and I can't see my own report or records?!? Oh, and don't attempt to have the Doctor see you for more than one health concern per appointment or to obtain a referral for a specialist.. They would only see me for one issue at at time and any other ailment will require another appointment... good luck getting in within the next 3 to 6 months too.... You may be dead before that time comes. Do yourself a favor and use a different medical facility as this one is full of laziness and incompetence, the exact things the medical industry has become."
"My first Dr was Kirk Garcia-Rios, he was great, unfortunate during covid he moved to Florida. The office moved and when I needed to renew my prescriptions I got an appointment with NP Danielle Quinn. She is amazing, sincerely cares about my health. Listens to my concerns and explains my questions thoroughly. The ladies at the front are also very helpful and efficient. All of the nursing staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you all for taking great care of me."
"Have gone here for over 6 years. I NEVER had any issue with them. You will not find a better combination of office management and Dr.'s(Dr. Dr. Garcia-Rios). Lisa and Linda are always on it. They help you, address EVERY issue/concerns and are very efficient with getting paperwork/prescriptions/referrals."
