His kindness throughout her illness was something I have never experienced before. I also see his PA Jenny, she has been amazing through my mom's illness, even called me at a scheduled time when I was out of the country to ensure we could connect. "Luv my doctor, but the administration of this group is not very good, imho. Twice canceled my Dr. appointment via text without contacting me first. The first time was a valid reason. The second time was not. I called and explained my insurance had changed and the information was not updated in their system. If they thought I had insurance they no longer accepted, they should have contacted me first...before just cancelling. I also think it would be better if they used MyChart for everything. This app is so much better than Ascension's website and they don't even have a mobile app. Their technology seems way behind the times."
