"This place is absolutely terrible. My mom has been calling them for a week to set a doctors appointment to check her blood pressure. They never answer the phone and the answering machine is for always.. so I finally have an off day to go up there myself and set the damn date but it shouldn’t take all of this to set a doctors appointment. I hate that she wants to go here because it’s up the street from our house."

"I transferred from this clinic to the one on Gratiot. Apparently they closed it and did not call me to tell me. I have been trying to get an appt. for weeks. I can't make an appt. they won't answer the phone, and when they do, you have to drag the information out of them. Sad."

"TERRIBLE!!! RUDE!!!! Needs to be shut down! I wouldn’t take my dog here. They got new staff at the reception desk from when I was kid. Im 27 now and my mom use to take us here all the time. Seems a lot has changed. Customer service is just disgustingly RUDE! If you don’t like people, DO NOT GET INTO CUSTOMER SERVICE or any job dealing with people alday. All I needed was a copy of my shot records! Geesh. There was no reason to be rude."

"This place don’t deserve a star. Terrible terrible terrible l been going here since l was 16. Since the last receptionist left that place been a mess. The new receptionist rude and do not complete her job when it comes to filling out paperwork. I guess Mohamed don’t care about his patients. Please find another place guys"

"My visit was quick; however, when Dr Hague called stating my blood was critically low and needed a referral to see a Hematologist, he should’ve directed me to an ER per the ER doctors at Receiving. My hemoglobin was 3.7 and DMG did not advise me to go to any ER. I will not return as I ended up getting a blood transfusion and a 2-day stay at Receiving and still have yet to receive a call about a referral, that I don’t need at this point."
