"Front desk staff is nice in person but they’re so hard to get on the phone. Needed to get a prescription sent over to my doctor and literally couldn’t get anyone on the phone all day— ALWAYS a 5-8 person queue on the phone. Additionally, Dr Kresch didn’t even look up from her computer the whole time for my appointment. Couldn’t even give me any suggestions to help my symptoms and was dismissive of a lot of the things I brought to her attention. Left there feeling unheard and hopeless. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a hands-on doctor who will genuinely care about your overall health. Also took them over 3 months to get MRI prescription to my MRI place. Only to find it out was written wrong and couldn’t get them on the phone to even try to fix it. Ridiculous!"
"My doctor and the nursing staff get 5 stars. The front desk is the issue. Anytime I need to call I have to call multiple times a day due to the high number of callers in the queue before me. When you check in or if you have questions you are generally treated like a burden. I called and got through after 3 attempts today just to reschedule an injection and was told I needed to call back on Monday because the staff member didn’t know how to reschedule appointments… great."
"If I could give zero stars I would. I was a patient of dr Hardy's (he was great) his office staff is awful. I received a bill in the mail for over 1600 dollars because the office failed to verify the insurance which changed to require prior authorization for migraine Botox. I have called multiple times speaking to both Brittany in the prior authorization department and Lori who was the office manager. Lori was rude and condescending and never returned my calls or resolved my issue. Now a year later I am receiving a final notice bill for over $1600 dollars due to their failure to obtain a prior authorization. Shame on the office for not doing their job. Hopefully by leaving a review I'll actually be able to get in contact with someone."
"If I could give 0 stars I would, office staff is constantly rude and acts like everything is a burden. I was told to come in on Thursday for a 5:30 pm appointment for a new injection and I showed up to the office at 5:15 and it was dark and locked up. Super unprofessional. Super disappointed. Tried calling earlier in the day to verify something and was on hold for an hour and a half, with no prevail, with 32 people in the queue. Not to mention getting a prior authorization takes forever. Dr. Burns is very pleasant and professional however the office staff ruins the vibe. Super frustrated."
"While my actual appointments with Dr Young have been fine and she has been helpful (when I am actually able to see her.. maybe once or twice a year), dealing with the office is such a pain. I typically have to wait between 30-60 minutes to get through to the office to ask for a prescription refill, and sometimes they will even hang up on me during that time before I get to speak to anyone. Also, trying to get a prior authorization was a nightmare. The office communicated incorrect information to my insurance company that led to my prior authorization request being denied repeatedly. The office has done nothing to communicate with the insurance company and help me, leaving me alone to try and figure out what is needed on all sides. The only way I was able to get my medication in the end was by using manufacturer coupons.."
