"Place is good, but name is wrong, the named doctor I cannot see because I am too healthy and he doesn't see 'new patients' that have gone here for over 20 years."

"He has been our family doctor for maybe 5 years now. He doesn't follow through when he says he will look into the problem (my or my wife's current issue at the time) so when I see him again he has no idea what I am talking about as well as trying to get a hold of him "if you use the MyChart app he will quickly respond to any concern we have".... NOPE! he doesn't read my messages nor does he respond quickly. And let me tell you about his office staff, I have never been to a more unprofessional medical office in my life. They joke and have WAY too much fun in their office area in front of everyone, it wouldn't be a issue if they had offices that were walled off so we can't hear them laughing and being loud. They have made one too many mistakes and making an appointment if frustrating because there are too many rules. Example, to make a late appointment I have to be "sick", my issue was I work long late hours and I need to see my doctor but I have to take vacation time to even see him. How ridiculous is that? Maybe this is all common post-COVID medical offices now a days but I for one am going to try my luck somewhere else."

"I have seen Dr Martin for many years and he has always been compassionate and listens well. Most recently, he went out of his way to get me an appointment with a specialist when I so desperately needed help I couldn't find! Within an hr after my appointment, I got a call for an appointment with a week. I can't thank him enough! I'm beyond grateful he went above and beyond to help me when I felt helpless, and needed help! Wonderful Doctor!"

"After asking Dr. MARTIN to help me fill out my disability paperwork. He turned me away saying oh he cant fill that out Id had to find a specialist. Yet at the time he was my Dr. What a joke. Does not listen to his patients. Looked at like a drug seeking junkie. Even though Ive had 2 back ops spinal fusion, ankle fusion, shoulder rebuild, and need 2 total hip replacements at 34 and take no opioids. Find a Dr who cares and has compassion. Dr Martin is not that guy."

"Dr. Martin took shortcuts during my physical and when I had medical issues referred me to a specialist for something that wasn't worth it. I changed physicians and have been calling and leaving messages to get my old testing transferred to my new doctor but I don't get called back."
