"Was in a car wreck and was referred here by my Dr and I hated the experience. The Dr was quick and didn't seem like he cared about my situation. Not to mention he said everything looked fine when I had CT results that said otherwise. He asked for my CT results, I dropped it off and when I called a few weeks after to pick it up after not recieveing a call back about it, I was informed the disk was still sitting on his desk. No thank you ill go somewhere else. Somewhere that can help me with my obliterated sinus cavity since they felt nothing was wrong!!!"

"Seen Dr Handzo, it was the weirdest appt I have ever had. And the medical assistant is a raging B. Just about made me cry on the phone this morning when I called to ask about what my Rx was for that they called in. Absolutely nasty office staff"

"Can't Thank Dr Richard L. Arden & his team enough, especially "Julia Bank"! who went out of her way to remove my stitches and drain my seroma with delicate hands. I had surgery to remove a semi large benign tumor under my left ear. Dr Arden and his team took care of me like i was family. Thank You so much for everything you did for me. "Stay away!!! I have a pretty serious issue. Appt #1 doc came in, asked what was wrong, gave me some ideas of what it might be, and left.. bout 30sec. no clue what’s wrong with me or a course of action. 2nd appt doc came in, looked at me, said we’ll give you a call in 3-4 days, never happened. Called to find out status and I’m told I need to make an appointment..so now I’ve been twice for no reason, paid for it, saw doc all of 30sec each time. I don’t even know doc name. I need a biopsy immediallty and it was never scheduled and so I finally called them and I’m told docs out of town. What a waste of time and money! And now my health is worse because of this place.they do not care."

"Dr. John Becker is one the the most unprofessional doctors I have encountered. The first time I made an appt for my daughter to be seen , I called the office letting them know I was running about 15 min late due to traffic, his assistant put me on hold then said if you make it here in exactly 15 minutes he’ll see me daughter, otherwise I will have to reschedule. We hurried as fast as we could, running up the stairs, clearing panting and out of breath as we reached their office; unfortunately because we didn’t make it exactly in 15 minutes but 21 minutes, the doctor did not want to see my child! I told his assistant we are willing to wait until he sees all of his patients! But he still refused! Where is your work ethics Dr Becker ? I will never ever go back to that office again!"
