"Please go to northland family planning or planned parenthood before considering this place. There is only one woman working in the office, she can barely draw blood or do a proper ultrasound.. they only communicate with a doctor via FaceTime. This is dangerous business ..I should of walked out when I found out a physical doctor would not be present. They make sure they take your money first before they show how incompetent they are. I just spent 10+ hours in an emergency room because of them. I am pro choice this review is not to discourage anyone from abortions, just a reminder to do your research and don’t end up like me."

"Showed up at 9AM as scheduled. They didn't open the doors until 9:30. Worst of all, it's 11AM, I'm in the car and my girlfriend is in the room already done with an ultrasound and blood work... Yet they're still waiting on the "doctor" to actually show up?!?! What the hell is going on here? Completely unprofessional and unacceptable when it comes to health services."
