"Your treated like a number here. They are all about the money and won’t take time to make sure all of your questions have been answered. When they found out I was pregnant they basically escorted me out of the room and ended my consultation. Which I was there to have some skin conditions looked at and to have a professional opinion and quote. Not to necessarily get everything done during the consult. They made me feel like they wanted to do the laser treatment right then without me even thinking it through and then when they found out I was pregnant which I brought up to ensure these procedures would be safe they basically were done with me. Quickly escorting me out without even asking if I had any other questions or concerns. All I wanted was a thorough consultation, quote and ALL my concerns and questions answered. Very unprofessional and un caring in my opinion and experience. They also weren’t up front about pricing."
