"I can honestly say that I love this place. I have always had high anxiety regarding medical anything but the entire staff is so welcoming and sweet, I absolutely adore Josie at the front desk and Dr. Leon Bullough is an angel. I have never had a doctor that I have connected with so well, he is so understanding and attentive, always answers messages in the portal asap and is just all around the best physician I have ever seen. My wife and I live roughly 30-45 min away depending on traffic and it is 100% worth the drive."

"I wont give this 1 star, cause I am hoping this was a bad appointment, and have heard amazing things about this practice. I will say they were very quick in getting me in and seen, they also were adamant about getting me to a specialist to get my concerns looked at which is great. The biggest issue here is it got a little to personal and political for me in this particular session. I asked for a newer medication that I found out rather adamantly, that they "dont do that here" and that they "disagree with the FDA's approval of the drug, and its use." We then talked about the ramifications of the drug which I myself expressed concerns with it seemed more a stance instead of side effects of the medication and that the decision was made for me. That really concerned me, as I have been dealing with my particular issues longer than some drs in this office have been practicing. My biggest issue I am finding with my visit is other than the expedited process of getting me looked at I am going through ALL the same hoops as my previous docs. I am disappointed that we couldnt follow a new avenue or find something where I dont feel like me and my medical chart is repeating itself. This will be the same specialists I seen three years ago with no conclusion. Which is something I brought to the nurses attention a few times and why I was seeking the alternative medicine. I understand a Drs need to evaluate new drugs and decide to the best of their knowledge and experience whether the medication will be beneficial. This said I feel strongly a patient that walks in knowing the medication, knowing its alternative medicine, and been dealing with a long term medical issue shouldnt be displaced out of hand out of prejudice of the drugs practice and look at the individuals needs and wants. Their alternative solution will cost me hundreds of dollars in specialist fees instead of a prescription that they are loathe to give."

"This is a great office. Me and my whole family have been going here for 3 years. I've never met Dr Benson but I've heard many good things about him. Which is why I tried and will continue to get all of my care from his office. The staff is always friendly and helpful! My family and I see Colin, he is absolutely the best. He genuinely cares and listens to his patients. I would give 8 stars if I could. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great care!"

I visited before time and was attended by front desk, nurses and in no time Dr Paul Benson came in examination room,and spoken with my PCP Dr Ahad Duraid again an excellent physician in Troy area, found out my health history, medications and given instructions for taking care going forward. Surprisingly, he gave me samples of much needed very, very expensive prescription without any charges immediately. I was touched by promptness, genuine care and immediate support. I very highly,recommend Dr Paul Benson."
