"My daughter had her first surgery! They made her so comfortable and reassured us multiple times she was in good hands! They were amazing !! Super thankful!"
"This place is really ridiculous. My spouse had the colonoscopy procedure and also had his polyps removed at this place (I’m not even sure that being removed or not, they simply only wanted cash). So the facility billed our insurance $4600 ish for the surgery, $2000 for anesthesia, $1000 for staffing( what kinda staffing worth $1000 for an hour?),$1068 for pathology(what is that?). Basically, this facility billed our insurance $8,668 in total and the doctor also billed $1067. Almost $10,000 just for a colonoscopy procedure. That’s really ridiculous because a procedure like colonoscopy is not worthy $10k okay. Secondly, our insurance is the US government insurance. Did you think the government was not smart enough so you thought you could bill that kind of amount? They wouldn’t even allow that kinda amount okay? I wouldn’t recommend to have any surgery and procedure at this place if you don’t have an excellent insurance, because it’s overwhelming and it can cost you broke. The only good thing about this place was the nurses were friendly."
"My daughter recently had a procedure done. The staff was wonderful - helpful in all ways possible. The team of nurses understood my nervousness and reassured that my child was in great hands - " a team of mom's". And in recovery, continued to provide assistance to us. I especially liked being walked out to my car so that I could make sure I could get my child into the care safely."
"Great staff, great medical providers. Had my eye surgery done here last month and during that the nurses and medical staff made me very comfortable and even took the extra effort of escorting me to my car where my wife was waiting. Their follow up on the refunds they owed to me was pretty good too and instantaneously credited it back to my card when I called them after i received the invoice by mail. Highly recommend this place."
