Sherwood Urgent Care

"I really don’t understand how this urgent care is still open. Not worth the time or the headache."

"Last week me and my 6 year old boy caught an Uber up there. I had just called, they say they close at 7. I come within 30 minutes, and well, you close 2 hours early on me, after you sand 7. Today I call, you guys said 7 again, and that they were not taking anyone in 20 minutes. I get there in 10 minutes, but you guys leaving already. What the hell is going on?"

"This is one of the worst experience I have ever had at a medical facility. I came in and said I had a thought of sinus infection they sent me out to sit in the hallway could not sit in the area with the other folks although many of them were coughing I was not coughing they then sat me there for a while. I never saw a doctor they contacted me on my cell phone and asked me questions about how I was feeling and what was going on with me things that a doctor generally would ask you but they were communicating by telephone. They charge me $35 to come sit in all to talk to them over a phone and finally someone came out and said she was going to swab my nose I was in shock. I told them I'd never been so insulted and that I would never be back there for them again they asked me if I wanted my nose swab I said I've already paid for it do you plan on giving me my money back. They said yes . What a waste of time and money to come to this place this was a big mistake you live and learn and I will not be back here ever again and I don't encourage anybody else to come here ."

"This clinic is super slow! The receptionist does more in the office than man the front desk which also allows down the process. In the whole hour I waited no one made copies of my ID, nor did they run my insurance. I'm new to the neighborhood and tried to give them a chance since they're close. I asked for my stuff back and headed to my old urgent Care by my previous home."

"Literally the slowest most unprofessional medical experience I’ve ever had. I went in to get tested for COVID. Before the exam, I was told that my test would be ready in 48 hours. After my exam I was told 2-3 days and that they’re closed on Saturday’s. Before my exam the clerk failed to associate my insurance with my out of state address leaving me without service for 1.5hrs after I arrived. It seems as though the staff could use some training. Very disappointed with my experience here and pray to God that no one ever finds themselves in the care of Sherwood in case of an emergency."
