"The place is nice, therapist are excellent. They take the time to access your injury and provide the best possible exercises. I began in December, had a laser in my insurance and had to stop. My insurance was reinstated, so I began my thearpy again. I was into the first full week after returning. The receptionist gave me my bill, and there was no conversation. I didn't even look at it. The next day, I confirm via text as always. If there is a problem either way from the text a phone call is followed up. I confirmed, no issue. The next day as always I leave my job early for thearpy. I arrived, took off my coat and began to cycle. The book keeper called me to the desk and gave me my statement. I looked at it and asked about the payment I had made. She went over it with me. My response was OK, I don't want to spend too much ti.e on this if there is an issue I will call tomorrow. She replies, you can't work out without making a payment today. If this is the case why didn't someone tell me yesterday or better yet when I confirmed today. I left my job early, was making progress and couldn't have my session. I understand whole heartily about payments needed, however at the time I was without any cash. I left. I felt her behavior was insensitive and unprofessional. I wasn't running away, explained I could make a payment when I returned the following week. Also that I had left work early to come."

"Last year I had a car accident that left me with neck and back injuries/pain. I started therapy here about 2 weeks after the accident. I love the care here. I am able to get guidance and 1:1 care when I need it and I'm also able to perform my exercises independently at times which is nice. I like that I am challenged each day and I'm also given care/comfort days when my pain is more severe. I ask tons of questions lol and they are always answered. All the therapists are friendly and even though you may work with someone different each day the care is congruent because they write everything we do in the notes."

"I began barely able to walk. They were only able to treat the pain with messages and similar options. From the receptionist, management, and physical therapist they showed a genuine concern for me. They always knew me by name. I began exercising and improving. The joy and laughter that helped heal my emotional scars from my car accident was a added bonus going there. No one wanted to stop going because they not only assisted with the physical issues but made your quality of life better. In the midst of all this my blood Pressure shot through the roof. They started taking my blood pressure before every visit and if it was too high they only treated my pain. because they were more concerned for my well being. And that was only the beginning!! I had to stop coming due to the covid shut down and my blood pressure. Finally when I had to return they had new management. And incredibly the place I loved improved. Bina was the new manager who is not for nonsense but is caring and focused on making sure you receive a lot of care and proper challenges to help with a complete recovery! Daniel has been with me from the beginning and has helped and cared from as if I was his sister. It was a temp there who was making my recovery worse. Daniel personally resolved it immediately. Kenny was very attentive making sure every moment he was adjusting my care properly. And Shaniqua was a ball of positivity ready and willing to make therapy great! If you come in with a willingness to work with them despite challenges you will receive quality service and a healing from your injuries with genuine care!! "The experience here was shady as well as poor, the owner & manager runs his own case management out of the PT practice; they discontinued care randomly without cause only to tell me when I showed up for my appointment after they said they meant to call me they hadn't heard back from my insurance adjuster. It was a week or so before surgery. Found a new practice to say the least."
