"I had a horrible experience with Dr. Holly Gilmer. My virtual appointment was scheduled for 10am and she decided to show up not 5 minutes late, not 20 minutes late but AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES LATE. Yes you read that right, she showed up to her 10am appt at 11:15am. I was in literal tears at that point because people not valuing my time make me incredibly upset. If it were an in-person appt I would have just left, but thankfully I could try and do some stuff around the house once I realized she was going to show up whenever she felt like it... I will never recommend this office or anyone to use Dr. Holly Gilmer. Save yourself A TON of time and go somewhere else!!!!! AND did I mention the appt only lasted 5 minutes once she joined? Like I waited an hour and 15 minutes for 5 minutes of her time... cool."

"This office is HORRIBLE and disorganized! Both locations: Clinton Township and Southfield. Appt in Clinton Township I was 15 minutes early lady at reception said they don’t Lee track of doctor and they never know if he’ll be in or not in and that he’s always late! Great way to reassure a patient. I waited 30 minutes past the appointment time and then the doctor’s assistant said that he had two more appointments before me that were late so it was gonna be like one more hour!!!! I rescheduled with Dr Richard in Southfield by phone. They told me once I got the link it would be 5 minutes! Waited 20 minutes he never showed up. Then because I called and complained because they keep hanging up they said that they couldn’t see me. Did I get upset? Yes. I was exhausted and angry from been hung up on and their irresponsibility. I just said that I could not be kept waiting like that because it’s irresponsible and it is!!! HORRIBLE OFFICE! Hopefully they go out of business!"

"I saw Dr. Perez-Cruette c/o excruciating lumbar pain after a fall, progressive numbness and loss of feeling in my feet and progressive weakness in my legs. I brought my CT scan CD. He said everything looked good. I asked him what symptoms to look for to go to the emergency room and he shrugged and said “I don’t know. I’m leaving the practice. But I don’t know why you would go to the ER. On April 12th, I went to my local ER and was transferred by ambulance to another hospital and had emergency spinal surgery, The neurosurgeon said that if I had waited much longer, I risked paralysis and/or permanent nerve damage. I am recovering now and we’re still not sure if I’ll have permanent nerve damage."

"This was a 3hr drive one way for us to see this dr. Pleasant atmosphere. From the secretary to all the doctors that I encountered, everybody was wonderful. There was a wait to see the doctor. I was OK with the wait because the doctors are very thorough. You can ask as many questions as you want and then answer them. There’s no rush at all. Everybody is laid-back. It was a very pleasant visit and very educational and helpful."
