"Had the displeasure of dealing with Michael Robinette. Not only did he cuss me out over the phone, he hung up in my face. What a disrespectful thing to do to a disabled customer."
"I was so nervous about having the Omniax chair testing. Rachel B. guided my Husband & myself through it all. She made me relax with her kind words. You sure can tell She loves her job. Rachel is sure an asset to MEI. Thank you so much Rachel B. for your excellent professional advice."
"I usually don't write public Google reviews for businesses or their staffing, but my recent encounter with Michigan Ear Institute's physician Dr. Bojrab, to whom I was referred to by a neuro-opthalmologist, deserves one since it was anything but pleasant and quite an eye-opening experience to how distastefully unprofessional a licensed medical professional can actually be to a patient they attend to during an appointment. Mr. Bojrab was incredibly rude to me, very dismissive of my concerns, arrogant of his own medical knowledge and condescending to my own knowledge, very cocky, and quite frankly, on the verge of exemplifying gaslighting behavior to me in terms of my symptoms, meaning that he implied either I've made them up in my own head or that I'm obviously wrong according to his medical expertise. Apparently, every other physician I've previously seen is incorrect according to Dr. Bojrab's medical opinion, especially the ones that have taught me the application of the Epley Maneuver (because he spoke to John Epley himself) when and if I experience BPPV, of which I do not have a medical diagnosis for in the first place. My husband was in attendance with me today and he was absolutely appalled at Dr. Bojrab's behavior towards me and advised me to seek another medical professional for my vestibular concerns. I happen to concur. Unless an individual is seeking medical treatment of an ailment they know is their vestibular system that is 100% diagnoseable, I absolutely do not recommend Dr. Bojrab for them. Dr. Bojrab may be a knowledgeable medical professional involving the ears, but the manner in which he applies it to his patients is less to be desired. I was someone he didn't want to be bothered with at all today since I was already seen by another physician there a few months prior. I was referred to Dr. Bojrab, so the feeling was not mutual until I experienced his unbelievably terrible bedside manner. My advice to him is he better start listening to his patients, especially with patience and compassion as opposed to the completely uncaring behavior he expressed to me today. I'd rather other people see Dr. Naumann instead."
"Dr. Bojrab II is amazing. After trying to find an answer to my dizziness after 5 months. I saw my regular ENT and was told that it was probably cardiac in nature. So not the case!! Dr. Bojrab II sent me for a VNG, which happened to be positive, so it truly was my ear. He explained everything well, has a great bedside manner and very down to earth. I have complete confidence in him. The front office and medical assistants are all very approachable and kind. Highly recommend!"
"The entire process was seamless. Scheduling was painless. In fact, they called me shortly after I scheduled to let me know that additional openings had become available. I didn't have to wait around to be called back to my room. Testing was performed efficiently without the feeling of being rushed. The providers did not make me wait around either. I felt as though my concerns were heard, appreciated, and addressed. I find them to be thorough without overkill. Dr. Naumann and the staff are fantastic. Highly recommend."
