"Horrible service here. Called early in the am with my sick son just to see if they took my insurance. Employees were chattering in the background so loud the guy who answered the phone couldn't even hear me. He asked for my phone number to call me back to verify insurance. Waited two hours no call back. So I called back, was transferred back to him and he hung up on me. I called back asked why I was hung up on the girl who answered the phone laughed at me and said "idk I was busy with other patients" horrible!!!!! Shouldn't take that long to verify insurance!"

"They tried to tell me it was $75 for a physical with or without insurance. Im sorry but that's not how insurance works if you guys accept the insurance and the insurance covers physicals then you guys are entitled to uphold that contract with the insurance companies. I went to this doctor office most of my life but I am truly disappointed in what must have happened to this place in the past few years."

"There were no patents in the clinic except for me and i still had to wait for about 20 minutes cause the doctor was eating or something. he only came when i was about to leave for all the wasted time, he came for 1 minute and left, barely did any work. terrible communication and show or support and care. i had to ask so many questions to understand what he was doing and why. I am about to go to another clinic since her couldn't do much help."
