"I have been going here for almost five years. The doctors I've seen are excellent. The PA Heather is the very best I have ever been seen by. Offices are clean and Parking is easy. HOWEVER, much has changed over the five years. Office Staff are less friendly, attentive, and comforting, and perhaps nor as knowledgeable. Yesterday, I arrived on time for my appointment, and was taken to an exam room after ten minutes. I spent another 35 minutes in that room without anyone checking in or giving me a status. And it's worse. The room was on the sunny side and I don't know if they had AC going, but the room got so hot, I felt ill. Additionally, there was an odd vibe in the room. It was almost like I was being repeatedly zapped by an electronic pulse. It didn't sting, and there was no sound, but every few minutes I could sense something washing over me. Eventually, it made my molars hurt. I have no idea what caused this, or if the source was even in that room. But I do know that for the first time in my life that I felt I had to GET OUT. So I did. I left 45 minutes after my appointment time, opened the door, and noticed no one seemed to be there who I could tell. Later I got a vmail asking why I left, but have since been unable to get anyone to answer the phone or even get through to vmail. I gave two Stars because of the Positives listed above. But only two stars because of this most unpleasant experience after being led into the Exam room."

"The Nurse Practitioner Heather was fantastic! Really took time with me to gather a lot of information, and then offered multiple treatment options. She educated me thoroughly. I left the appointment with a plan that allowed me to start at the least invasive treatment, but options in case the cure treatment didn’t work! I highly recommend her as well as Dr Frontera!"

"Overall, the Checkin and Dr consultation were fine. My instructions were to arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment. I was there at 3:20 for my 3:40 appointment. Did not see the Dr until 4:25. Way too long a wait. Hope it was an anomaly."

"It is so very difficult leaving your pet with strangers and further to trust them to perform surgery on your pet. Very nice on phone up front with prices and giving options of care! But a quick face to face with Dr would mean the WORLD!!! AND hold times very long! Maybe a busy day BUT. Sincerely Pam Wilk"

"Very friendly staff. Sure, there was a bit of a wait to see the doctor, but he was very thorough & took time to explain everything, answering any questions. I was comfortable and never felt rushed."
