He worked with me when I needed to avoid physical therapy due to cost by giving me exercises. When I had a minor issue with my shoulder, he didn't request an automatic follow-up just because. I was told to reach out if I needed an appointment because it didn't resolve as he told me it would. Thank you for saving me time and money!
