"This place is great. The doctor and the employees were amazing. I mostly dealt with Leeann. I first spoke with Leeann over the phone I’m looking for specific glasses (Ranger) for shooting sporting clays/skeet and they were the closest store in the state to me that had them to try on. (Hour each way) Leeann took the time to explain everything in detail and assured me the doctor (who also shoots) could answer any other questions when I arrived. When i was getting sized by Leeann the doctor came out and spoke to me answer questions I had. I not only ordered new shooting glasses, I also upgraded my fly fishing glasses with new prescription lenses. Thank you for the great professional service."

"I called about having a bloodshot eye in the middle of explaining my concerns cuts me off to ask for my birthday and name then puts me on hold. When she returns asks nothing just when she has an appointment available. My insurance changed and was in the process of finding my card and told her what I thought it was but wasn’t sure. Before I confirmed the insurance she rudely told me we don’t accept that and just for your aware it will be out of pocket. I didn’t bother to tell her I was wrong when I found my card. Was very rude and short since the moment I called."

Perhaps it's just a long-term relationship but it's wonderful to walk in and be able to work with these individuals. They know me and my family and it feels warm and familiar every time you visit. "I went for a pair of reading glasses after Visionworks failed to make them right. I was guided by the good reviews. At least Visionworks gave me a refund but here I was blamed by dr. Payne for not having a cataract surgery. I did not see any connection between the cataract and the reading glasses as those from Walgreen are helping me, but I wanted a better pair. I went to another place and saw another dr. who told me my cataract is no so bad as dr. Payne said (3 of 4) and who confirmed the reading glasses do not depend of the cataract status. So in this place I lost money and time for nothing to get a pair of useless glasses."
