"Horrible office, very unhelpful. My father fell and broke his hip and is now immobile. You cannot leave a message after hours if u work during the day. When u call during their open hours you still can't get through to a person. You have to leave a message and get called back. My family needs FMLA paperwork signed to help care for my father but Dr. Rita shah won't sign the paperwork with a visit. We had a video visit scheduled. We called three hours ahead of time but because the office staff didn't call us back and mark visit confirmed u til 30 minutes before the appointment, Dr. Shah felt like going home instead and refused to see us. Nothing but issues every time we need something from Rita shah. This is a terrible office and Dr. Shah is always unhelpful. She obviously doesn't care about her patients. Save your health for someone who cares and go somewhere else."

"Very caring and polite staff unless you are sick. Then don't you dare come to a doctor's office without a covid test. They say they don't have equipment but last I checked they have AT HOME tests. Why not have that at least???"

"I loved going there when dr knapp was there but after she left not so much. Just recently asked to make an app told them what was wrong and they told me they would have to call me back. Seriously like what was wrong wasnt important."
