We are actively involved in fundraising efforts to better serve those in need within our community. With multiple locations near public transportation and accessible via local freeways, we strive to make our services easily accessible to all. Additionally, all of our locations are handicapped accessible.

At Lincoln Behavioral Services, we focus on assisting mentally ill adults living in adult foster care homes to achieve and maintain independence. Our ultimate goal is to help individuals reach their employment goals and lead fulfilling lives. We offer a wide range of therapeutic services for children and families, emphasizing supportive relationships and empowering consumers to make real choices regarding their mental health care.

As a non-profit organization primarily funded by the State of Michigan Department of Community Health and the Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network, we have been providing mental health services for over 41 years. Each year, we serve approximately 5400 adults, children, and adolescents through evidence-based practices and comprehensive programming.

"For a community mental health place this place is pretty decent. Some of the front desk staff are less than friendly, but I adore Dr Boyd. She was very nice and worked with me on my medications. I see a lot of one star reviews here, and I understand that the front desk staff and the people making the appointments can be inefficient, and sometimes rude, but I don't let them bother me, I'm there for the doctor and the case manager, who have done all right by me. Community Mental places are the worst I've been to them all, this is one of the better ones. Mental illness really sucks, taking medication for it really sucks, and finding the right medication can take forever it took me 15 years. So all the one star reviews are totally understandable, but I disagree with the rating"

"Horrible service. Intake lady hung up in my face while I was trying to explain to her that I had found another provider since it had been a month since I had left messages with them with no call back. How could one provide services to the mental health community with absolutely no empathy."

"The worst place to go to for anything they do not call you back. They mess up your medication. They don’t care if you’re in a full-blown panic attack they will not work with you they put you on the wrong medication and then the Yankee off I don’t even know why this place is still on the map rude staff horrible doctors basically they just don’t care they just want to bill your insurance And do absolutely nothing for You stay far far away from this place you’ll be worse off going"

"This place does not care about you or your mental well-being. From the bottom to the top. God forbid you run out of medication you NEED, Supervisors (Megan) Case Managers (Diane) don't care to HELP. Keep saying their going to call you back and haven't going on days and days. I am terrified what's going to happen after so long. I'm definitely going to have to find a Better facility that CARES about their patients. Please don't entrust your health to this piss poor place."
