"Brought my two kids in and my youngest got injured. He bumped his head into the equipment while playing in the room and broke skin. No one in the office knew where the first aid kit was. Dr. Bora was late. She put erythromycin antibiotic on his cut without an applicator like a q tip and it looked like it had been used on other patients. She never asked if he was allergic or anything. It's not good technique and I am concerned about disease transmission."

"The assistant was the kindest assistant I've experienced. Dr. Rotberg is absolutely amazing! Obviously she knows what she's doing! I'd refer anyone to these doctors! It is a happy office. Even the scheduling department was wonderful! Still can't say enough great things about this place."

"The two doctors we seen were amazing and great with my son and daughter. Staff I have met were all nice. I only gave a 4 star because of the front desk MOA that insisted my 5 year old who has epilepsy and other medical diagnosis' wear a mask the entire time. I get the mask policy as I work for Children's Hospital myself but we do not force young kids who will not keep a mask on to wear one. She made me feel like I had to force her to keep one on. The doctors however told me not to worry about forcing her to wear it that they understand and it's not worth the fight so that was nice."

"I’ve been bringing my daughter to this office (West Bloomfield location) for about a year now. She sees Dr Apkarian. Everyone in this office is so friendly and great with kids. It’s also a very well run office; making appointments is easy, check in/out is quick, even waiting for the doctor hasn’t been very long at all (compared to other doctors offices). We will continue coming here as long as we need them. I highly recommend his place!"

"I'm sorry but I don't care how deep in west bloomfield your office is, you don't make 6month old babies wait in a sweaty waiting room for over an hour and not even offer any baby amenities, then another hr in a shush room that almost 80 degrees, see pictures. So yeah amenities like maybe a bottle warmer or fun sensory toys for them to play with....Well thank goodness I came prepared for my daughter but I was not prepared for over and hour wait. To top it all off the visit seemed a bit rushed, like really we wait our time when we all know you are triple booking you appointments and then you don't even give us our time. Please make some changes soon!"
