"The appointment was at 2.30pm, we came at 2.25. It’s 3.00pm now and we’re still waiting. I inquired with the reception, was told there’s only one provider and I should be patient? You do know you can hire more people, right? Or don’t schedule meetings so close? Horrible service."

I appreciate that they are more conservative in treatment as surgery is such a big decision and should always be avoided unless absolutely necessary. From the ladies at the front desk all the way to when I had to check out, everyone was amazing! Dr. Haupert was very good and Mrs. Lizzy is incredible at what she does.
