"I had some sciatic nerve issues that required Physical Therapy. My therapist, Shelbea at Athletico, was great after a few appointments severity of pain was significantly reduced. A few more appointments, lots of exercises, and pain is gone. Shelbea was great, knowlegable about condition and picked exercises that stretched the muscles and nerves causing discomfort.
