"The psychiatrist is decent, Mrs. Hudson is a nice lady as well, however, the flamboyant male receptionist she has working for her is HORRIBLE, rude and disgusting his behavior is intolerable and he thinks he is working at a hair salon and not a psychiatrist office. He has a sassy over the top “city girl” attitude that is beyond unprofessional and actually made me question the legitimacy of the practice as a whole. I was lucky enough to have found a much better far more qualified practice that actually sent in their DEA number and their name with ny prescription so I was able to actually retrieve it instead of running up and down the highway while working 61 hours this week and doing school 27 hours this week and not wasting my time or energy. I was moments away from proceeding to report this establishment to the Michigan State Health Board but I haven’t the time or the energy, all I can say is run for the hills. I referred a coworker to this facility and she had a pleasant experience with no issues. I honestly had none either until speaking with Boy George or whomever he believes he is. All I can say is with the mishaps happening like what happened when I went here, my time efforts and money being wasted retrieving medical records, no one needs to deal with an over the top “queen” while trying to take care of their mental health and deficits, it’s uncalled for, unprofessional and unacceptable."
