"I’m going to the center before, but they gave me a packet that was thick as a magazine. I’m dyslexic. So I asked for the office manager, the person I asked, was the office manager. Her name is “Jennifer”, I asked to speak to her in private, and then told her I was “dyslexic”. Her face snarled and she told me I need to bring someone with me and she would not help me and I’ll just have to reschedule. I explained to her that most doctors office’s have someone else to fill it out and I’ll do the Signiture part. One of the nurses overheard the conversation and came out to talk to me, they worked it out, but I am very unhappy with the way Jeniffer handled me. I believe office managers are there to handle situation like this and not send a personal way that’s been waiting for a month for an appointment. I also explained to them that I was dyslexic over the phone and the receptionist said OK. I want to totally bash the wound care system, but they shouldn’t have a person like her handling the front office."
