"The wait times have become very bad. I had to wait an hour part my appointment time my last 3 visits just to see the doctor. They seem to be over-booking ever since ESA bought out Dr. Zuckerman. And the office is always so warm and uncomfortable. I've been a patient there for 20 years but it's never been this bad. I think it's time to check out other opthamologists near me. I love the Livonia office staff, especially Linda and Kim. And the actual care is very good. But waiting an hour every visit is unacceptable. It feels like they're running an assembly line now, not a doctor's office."
