"I’ve only had one appt so far but I was absolutely amazed by how quick and easy it was to start seeing a new psychiatrist at a nearby location. Online forms weren’t difficult to cause a panic attack. Was contacted quickly to setup new patient appt in person the very next day! That never happens so I’m so entirely grateful for the customer care. My psychiatrist was very friendly, she actually listened to me and took my medical history into consideration when making changes to my medications and setting my personal goals. I’m already starting to feel more like myself and I’m so happy Pure Psychiatry of MI was recommended to me by a coworker. Looking forward to more progress with each appointment. Thank you!"

"My psychiatrist is great, and will follow him to any other agency. However this front office, not just this location but overall, is absolutely terrible. Online portal didn’t work for months, bills were backlogged, just a disaster. On top of that the front office staff shows no sympathy and only excuses. Get better."
