"Horrible customer service, I have never traveled out of country & I did not know that my insurance did not cover out of country immunizations as I was informed later. I made a appointment last week & submitted insurance info over and one lady said she could not tell me what I would have to pay out of pocket if insurance did not pay. Before my appointment time today, I called back just to see if it was covered before I went to my appointment & I was told by the office it was not covered. A rude lady said " I left you a voicemail informing you it was not covered! & U had a appointment with us already. I told her that I was googling traveling clinic's b/c they lady prior could not give me a price on out of pocket fees, but this rude lady told me the out of pocket costs, this all I wanted to know in the beginning. I said, excuse me you do not have to be so nasty about it. I was asking a question b/c this is all new to me If people don't know something that's why they ask questions. She implies, I'm not being nasty! Well.. do you want to schedule another office visit?? NO THANK YOU!!! This call transpired @ 1:25pm 12/26/19. I do not want to go anywhere where people talk to potential patients like this."
