"If I could rate 0 stars, that would be more appropriate. Where do I begin? Hmm...nurse practitioners who cannot tell time, nor use a cellular device. Lab folks who blatantly lie, office staff who have no clue what's going on, no one is actually running this DISorganization!! When your loved one has an urgent matter, you're on your own to find a hospital as they have no affiliations nor do any medical facilities recognize this company OR its staff. Got a senior citizen with a fever between 103-106?? They won't bother returning the phone call for 48 hours! The office staff will also be careless with personal info and mail off your signed paperwork to someone else's address...they can't even get a simple date of birth correct when they send notices a week AFTER you kicked them out of your house for being ignorant incompetent twatwaffles. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!"

"Just received a bill, dated Jan 16th, from this company & the insurance company was billed as well. Neither I nor anyone in my family has received services from this company. Will be reporting this to insurance as fraud!"
