"If I could give 0 stars, I would. When we first met the doctors of this office for a school physical- they were very nice and caring. But I called their after hours line due to my son having neck problems and they were not able to get me in- but said I could pick up a doctors note on Monday to excuse him from me calling him into school. Today when I went to pick up the note, they told me no due to him not being seen. When I tried to explain what I had talked about with the Father doctor, the son told me to "speed it up." Will not be back, and I do not recommend any D.O. that refuses to practice osteopathic manipulation."

"So yesterday I showed up to get a therapeutic shot that I need to keep my lifes balance. That same morning I missed an appointment for a physical. That is on me. I don't blame others for me screwing up. Dr. Stepaneki (the younger) came out and told me I cam no longer come there for my weekly/bi-weekly shot for missing my appointment. I asked if I can pay the $50 fee (turns out it's $30) for missing my appointment and reschedule a new one so I can continue to come there. He said No! I can go there to be seen but not for my therapeutic shot anymore. This is a Doctor....I am a Veteran and 80% disabled after my time in Iraq and these shots really help my daily life out. All for missing an appointment, I must now go somewhere else. I apologized was polite and paid. I've always paid what I owe whenever i show up and ask what I owe them. So much coming here for the past 5ish/4ish years. The nurses and staff are fantastic. This so called Doctor? I hope he stubbs his toe"

"I’ve seen Dr. James Stepanski for several years. He truly cares and takes the time to listen to my symptoms, ask questions, and explain any prescriptions or referrals. I also very much appreciate that he considers stress level and other factors before just handing out medication. The office itself is dingy and the administrative staff can be a bit rough around the edges at times (the strain on the healthcare system and staff is obvious), but I’ve always had great care here. The nurse who draws blood is incredibly kind and skilled at making the experience as easy as possible. My only real complaint with this office is the inability to make appointments when I’m sick. Their next available appointment is usually about 2 weeks out so I find myself going here for more long-term issues and annual appointments."
