"Nerve and Disc Institute and their disc hydration solution is a life saver! I walked in 2.5 months ago with a herniated disk and pain shooting from my lower back through my left leg. The pain was terrible and I literally could not do any physical activity, stand for more than a couple minutes, or sit in a chair for any lengthy period of time without enduring tremendous pain.
