"I’ve been coming here for about a year, as a recommendation from my primary Dr. I needed to review ultrasound results as I found a cyst on my left ovary. My first visit was with Dr. Ottemen. I didn’t care for her to be honest. She was rude and not tactful whatsoever. I asked to see someone else next visit and met Dr. Meyer. She is so sweet and professional- and ended up doing my surgery (uni-lateral oophorectomy) and I felt so comfortable with her. I also did my annual exam with her. Couldn’t say better things! Thank you Dr. Meyer."

"This was my first time here and I am honestly shocked at some of the negative reviews I saw before my appointment. The staff at the front desk were very friendly- it was clean and spacious for a waiting room which was so appreciated! I was in the room at exactly 8:30 and the nurse was extremely kind, quick and thorough. Melissa (my doctor) was so friendly that I instantly felt at ease. This is so nice and not very common anymore. Melissa asked me questions and had responses to my concerns with no judgement, a lot of knowledge, and an optimistic outlook. I did not feel rushed and felt completely heard. Before the end of the day, she sent me an overview of what we discussed and a detailed step by step plan of our next steps. I cannot explain how grateful I am that my dr. referred me here :)"

"Do NOT Entrust your health to this facility unless you are waiting to be degraded & ignored. I’ve never dealt with such rude & unprofessional people in my entire life & Dr.Otteman is not someone who cares for your questions or your child, couldn’t even find my child’s heartbeat & advised me to stop taking my prenatal vitamins without giving a substitution other than Benadryl & B6, I SUGGEST patients take a close look to the notes taken during visits on the MyChart app, unless you enjoyed being called obese with normal appearance although the doctor doesn’t even know how much you weigh or being told that your pregnancy is unplanned without asking, Although you did indeed plan ahead to get pregnant, For the sake of your own health & your child’s I suggest you go elsewhere & find a facility that actually respects you & your pregnancy, rather than the money your insurance provides!!! This doctor shouldn’t be allowed to work in the ER or Any Office."

"Honestly the service is the worst I have had, phone call never be answered from the nursing. And after I did the test, nobody called me about my result, I need to follow up after I received the results for days( my previous doctors always had someone to call me to follow up if I have New results ), even if my results were bad and need see doctor asap. I went there 4 times, 3 out of 4 I needed to wait for more than 1 hour, the nursing/doctor can mess up me with another patient, the order to the lab was not ordered but asked me to do the testing, I went there and the lab told me I didnt have order, and the nursing staffs responded it was too early for me to do the test without even talking with the doctor…"
