"I’ve been a patient here all my life, I’ve had multiple surgeries and spent lots of money with your team. Now I go for a routine check up and get my ear cleaned out ended up charging me $513. If you are going to charge a customer $500 for 20 minutes of your time maybe you should be more transparent about that. I will not be coming back as this is the second time I’ve gotten a shell shocking bill from them. Over priced in todays already struggling economy. I’d rather be able to eat than hear."

"My husband saw dr babu Dr talked him into surgery Did his better ear Then we had to go to the audiologist She said his cochlear wasn’t connecting And said he should see dr babu Dr babu said he would have to do another surgery And we wouldn’t have to pay But of course we got billed and are still paying After that babu was done with us Back to audiologist My husband did everything they asked Then he got forcibly retired And we had no insurance We now have insurance and will see what happens next Very disappointed to say the least"
