"Our (military family) interactions with providers were good. However, after several times being seen at this facility and no prior issues with insurance coverage, one of their providers (Rachel K) refused to re-certify with Tricare and the facility did not communicate this with us. Therefore, they saw us knowing that we would owe and didn’t bother telling us. Had this been communicated, we obviously would have taken our business elsewhere. We verified with them before being seen that they accepted our insurance and they are now sending us hundreds in medical bills and refusing to help in any way.."

"We stopped in here on a Saturday afternoon a week ago. According to their posted hours, they were supposed to open until 6PM. When walking to the door, I noticed a printed paper that said they'd be closing for a staff function at 5PM (a party, I believe). Since it was about 4:35PM, I thought "whew, we can still be seen." When we walked inside, it was dead, with no patients in sight. I could see three staff members sitting down behind the counter. The girl closest to the window turned away and said something to the others, and then turned to me and said they weren't seeing any other patients, and were closed. I was confused, as they were still open and there were no patients in the lobby. I appealed to them, and mentioned that since it was the weekend, most places were closed. The clerk seemed annoyed, and asked what was wrong (with my daughter). I explained it (big toenail torn half off), and then she disappeared. She came back a minute later and said the "provider" stated that they don't deal with that there, and to go see a podiatrist. It's the weekend, where was I going to go? I was taken aback a bit. They weren't even going to look at it, or clean it, or bandage it? Nothing? I felt indifference from the time I walked in until the time I left. I will never visit this, or any other Healthy Urgent Care facility. I wish I could leave zero stars."

"this is the first negative review I have ever left. The employee working the front desk was very rude and lazy. Younger woman with short brown hair. She told me my insurance was inactive. I called my insurance, they told me I was active and they gave me clear instructions to relay to her to find my correct information, which involved dialing a phone number. She told me “I don’t make phone calls”. Drove to the urgent care down the road had no problem finding my insurance. Took maybe 2 minutes."

"I love this urgent care so much! This time I got an ear cleaning due to a bleeding, painful ear & it was instant satisfaction. The woman taking vitals was hilarious & the woman who did the ear cleaning was professional, thorough and informative. They are friendly, quick, and clean. Highly recommend!"
