"Went to retrieve some copies of my birth certificate today.... What a wonderful group of people I was able to deal with. Not only helpful but very pleasant too.... Things went very smooth and I was in and out in no time.... Other municipalities in the state would benefit greatly to model their customer support systems from this group of Ladies.... To the nay sayers... you have no idea how well and smoothly run Elkhart is.... if you've never had to deal elsewhere. Thanks Again."

"Jordan from the health department had my product pulled from a store without checking to see if we had a license. Then she called and asked where the product was being made all without asking us if we had the proper license. Obviously we had our wholesale food license unbeknownst to her and she had to call the store to have them put it back on the shelves. All could have been avoided if she would have done the work of calling us first. Makes more logical sense! Not impressed!"
