"I have been patient of Dr. Felsman’s for well over 10 years. She is a wonderful physician and I would give anything to stay with her. However, due to no fault of my own, my current insurance does not work with her and have been forced to find another physician in the meantime. I have NEVER complained about any of the staff at Beacon Medical Group Bristol. Everyone I’ve ever encountered there has been wonderful - until recently. The reason for my one star rating is because of a nurse who I have been dealing with regarding the transfer of my medications and temporary refills. Her name is Cindy. I believe she only works in phone triage. The entire time I have been a patient of Dr. Felsmans, I have never encountered Cindy until a couple months ago. She has ZERO empathy for patients. I am extremely familiar with how Dr. Felsman operates as well of the standard of care. Cindy DOES NOT reflect either of those. She makes no exceptions for special circumstances or accommodations - even for patients who are very regular. She has talked down to me the past three times I have called needing assistance. She interrupts, and doesn’t let you finish speaking. Unfortunately, the office is closed right now, but I will be calling and speaking to the practice manager about the past three experiences I’ve had with Cindy. I was planning on returning to Dr. Felsman in just a couple months when my new insurance takes coverage, but if Cindy remains in the office, I won’t be back until she successfully completes some serious mentoring and appropriate corrective measures have been taken."

"I asked for mental help in under 5 minutes they had Me convinced I'm crazy because I saw things that weren't there. I saw colorful numbers. It's a sign or high intelligence. They did not ask what I saw but almost had me convinced I was insane . I will not be seeing them ever again. Medical gas light"
"In an age where many doctors don't listen to your concerns and hurry up to push pills on you Dr. Felsman stands out as the exact opposite. She was recommended by family and didn't disappoint. She spent a substantial amount of time with me, asking questions, and making sure any concerns were addressed. The entire staff was friendly, personable and made everything from check in to check out actually pleasant. The waiting room was clean. I got in at my scheduled time. Basically I enjoyed going to the doctor. Who says that anymore?"
