"Took my money and never recieved my renewal. No one answered my calls, nor replied to my voicemails. Now the number is disconnected. Never got my money back. Had to go elsewhere. Been going here for years. I don't know what happened."

"I am one of the medical doctors working at UMED Center. We offer medical cannabis examinations as well as low-cost primary care. Come see us in Hartford or at our newest location on S 9th St in Kalamazoo!"
"I had an apmt for the 6th of October to renew my card and received a call asking me to cancel due to a computer error. They then set me an apmt for the 7th of October at 3. I took time off work to make the 45min drive there to be on time. I even showed 15mins early just incase. When I arrived they said there was another computer error and said I was supposed to be there on the 8th at 6pm....even tho they close at 4... The receptionist was very kind and asked me nicely to wait and be seen last if I needed to be seen that day. So I waited because I wasn't going to take more time off work to make such a long drive. Around 4:15 the receptionist started my paperwork and took my payment to help speed up the time due to the dr being long winded with his last patient. Around 4:30 another gentleman walks in and is talking to the receptionist about the time and how they should be closed. He looked at me and asked if I could just come back tomorrow. I said no. The receptionist explained to him my situation and it made him angry. He slammed his fist on the counter and started cussing in anger. He walked in the back room slamming doors and it sounded like he punched a wall. He then came back out and threw a spinny chair then went to the register and handed me 20$ and said here's for your wait. He asked me why i even needed my card (rudely) i explained i get black out migrains due to stress and anxiety( from growing up in a domestic violent abusive home) he handed the receptionist paper and made her walk in the back and have the dr sign it. Then gave me all the paperwork and told me what I needed to mail in and had me leave. Never seen the dr. And went home so worked up it made me sick and I cant even sleep so im writing this all down to get it off my chest. People need to realize actions of violence hit people different. He did apologize as i walked out but that to me is narcissistic behavior."
