"Completely unprofessional. I had my primary care physician send them a referral. Checked my insurance website to make sure they took my insurance. I talked to the intake personnel, who sent me five pages of paperwork to fill out prior to my appointment. They mentioned that I needed to bring my specific insurance card. I waited two weeks for my appointment, and when I showed up, they said they stopped taking my insurance in December and someone should have called me. You think?! Wanted to leave zero stars."
