"Cam in to do a drug test for preemployment and was told that this branch no long exists, don't make it an option if it's not here"

"They really waste your time and tell you that you cannot get your appointment since they close at 5pm when your appointment was 4:15pm. Why have a slot for 4:15pm if you are not going to serve that time? I do not have time to waste with driving 40 min out of my way with my special needs kids in the car only to be told this. Also, the woman in the labcorp at this location kept insisting she was there and handled all phone calls. Well, obviously she did not because nobody picked up with I called for info. Also, I have had positive experiences with all other labcorp locations except this one."

"When I got there, the first thing my technician said was that she was only wearing a mask because of "coffee breath" and there was no reason to even wear a mask anyway. I didn't want to be lectured about masks. The technician groaned in disgust when she touched the outside handle of the bathroom. She reached inside, felt the inside doorknob, and declared that that one was okay. When I got inside to take my drug test, there was dried urine on the floor. After I was done, the technician experienced difficulty pulling up and printing my report. After ten minutes of me waiting, I offered to help. It was clear based on her actions that the lady wasn't too tech-savvy. (For example, she did not know how to reload a web page) I would never blame someone for a system malfunction, but I feel like perhaps her lack of understanding of the report might have come into play. She explained that it was now impossible for her to pull up my report. I was not in the system when she checked. I tried not to panic--this drug test was for a job--and watched in horror as she crossed out something on my lab report and wrote in something else. Not very professional; I worry my employer will not accept this. To top it all off, the technician coughed probably fifty times--no exaggeration--and kept pounding her chest. Her mask covered just her mouth. I will *NEVER* go back here if I can help it!!!"

"I would give no stars if I could. The lady didn't seem knowledgeable or wanting to do her job. I came in for a drug test but wasn't able to complete it. Don't come to this location ."

"Private Room very clean lab the technician knowable and friendly she was very good at drawing blood never even felt the poke no waiting in line in and out in 5 mins got tests results back the next day."
