I’m not sure why I am expected to wait just under hour for a pre scheduled appointment. It would be unacceptable if I was 50 minutes late for an appointment and would most likely get charged for a missed appointment."

"Great location. Easy to find and great parking. Short walk to the door or drop off/ pick up at door. If patient need help getting to/from drop off/pickup spot to the building SBO helps. Check in at the reception desks is prompt and professional. Also helpful is announcement screen advising wait time for appointments."

"When I called for an appointment I was told I couldn't make an appointment that day as whomever I was speaking with needed to check and see with the Dr./staff if they would handle my problem. Waited hours to hear results. At check-in there were forms to fill in that could just as easily have been put on line and filled in prior to appointment time. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time and spent some of that time juggling a clipboard on the arm of my chair trying to fill it in before being called to an exam room. Finished after seeing the nurse AND having x-rays taken but before the Dr. arrived."
