"I love Borgess at Mattawan. My Doctor that I had for about 15yrs or longer retired. After that amount of time with a doctor you think to yourself this is going to be fun finding a new one that has that comment to want to help you with all your medical needs. But come to find out it was not that bad at all. I'm very happy with whom has taken over medical needs. I love the ladies at the front of the office. Great Job Borgess @ Mattawan."

"They misdiagnosed me multiple times and gave me medicine that never worked even when I asked about the specific medicine I knew would work. This has happened so many time that I’m committed to never coming back."

"Unprofessional staff. No sense of propriety. You will wait forever in the waiting room, then again in the exam room. Don't expect apologies. Reception staff gossips and discusses not only their own personal business, but also details pertaining to patients' records (including full names) on phone calls, and with each other in front of entire waiting room. (Mattawan is a small town, so I'm sure you get the picture.) The women that pass as physicians are vague, rushed, rude, and/or do not seem to have a clear grasp of their electronic patient charts, nor, on occasion, of the English language. You will need to stay on top of things to ensure that practitioner doesn't short-change you on basic diagnostic procedures, (or try to talk you out of them completely). They will make it very clear that they are running on a tight schedule. They will expect their payment that day, so hide your first-born. I'm pretty certain that this review will not change the way that things are run ... but it is real and honest ... and will hopefully encourage others to expect (and demand) more from their healthcare providers. Never forget that WE are THEIR customers!"

"I went in to see Dr Jyothi Bobba. I could'nt be any more upset about it unless she killed me. I was having pain in the groin area. I suspected a Hernia. She examined me and sent me in for an Ultra Sound. Later that day she called me and said I do not have a Hernia and didn't see anything wrong with me. I told her the pain was very real. She told me "If it makes me feel better I could see a surgeon" I finally got in to see a surgeon today. This has been going on for three months. He took one look at me and said I have a Hernia. He said she totally missed it because she had me lay down to check and the Ultra Sound was also laying down and a Hernia will not show if you are laying down. I am now scheduled to have surgery next week. I think my days with Borgess Hospital just ended thanks to Dr Jyothi Bobba. Please do NOT let her look at you. She is a quack and just doesn't care."

"Horrible care or should I say no care. Haven't been to the doctor in years, went in because I am feeling very bad all the time and I don't know whats wrong. I get prescribed an antibiotic for something that doesn't need it in my total 8 minute visit with the doctor."
