"My daughter had a growth in her ear that went undetected by Ped Assoc. of Michiana for 2 years. First visit to the new Pediatrician and she asked me about the growth in her ear which had been growing since birth! Thankfully it was not cancerous but it did require surgery and removal. The implications of not having it removed were hearing issues, infection, and potential healing loss. So thankful that I changed doctors."

"These Pediatritians are husband and wife, the staff are spanish speakers so they have plenty of translators. They take medicaid: MHS. The man saw my baby at the hospital and then I had some appointments with him, and some appointments with her. When my baby was really little we had some jaundice issues and she was very attentive, and called me personally outside of office hours to discuss her emergency test results from labcorp. They really made it better for me, since this is my first baby and I live far away from my family. They gave me sample cans of the formula I use which was really appreciated. These people really care about your kids, they are the kind of people kids need. I recently moved out of state and I am sad that I have to find a new pediatrician. Thank you so much for taking care of my sweet baby for the last 8 months and breaking things down so I can understand. I really value the advice they gave me."

"The doctor had no interest in learning about our daughter’s medical history. We signed all the necessary medical releases multiple times and I explained her history to nurses multiple times yet the doctor didn’t even remember meeting us after our first appointment. The second appointment she actually asked me, “have I met you before?” We’ve had three appointments with this practice and every single time they called us back no sooner than 30 minutes after our schedule appointment time. Once admitted into the room we had to wait an additional 30 to 45 minutes just for the nurse to get there. And then after that another 10 to 20 minutes for the doctor to actually come in. At which time I would have to explain everything to the doctor that I just explained to the nurse. As a mom who is sitting there with her tired kid after waiting for nearly 2 hours it’s exhausting to have to be with a doctor who gives you the impression that you’re just another customer who she doesn’t actually care about or know. Our baby had a complicated birth that resulted in uncommon medications for her first three months and and an extensive NICU stay. Even after three appointments and explaining that to that doctor three times I’m pretty sure she still doesn’t know that because she didn’t remember anything I told her during the appointments because she didn’t actually care and also never actually bothered to get the medical history like I asked them to."

"Best pediatricians I've been too! A husband and wife that work together and I don't prefer one over the other. They are both extremely knowledgeable and take all the time you need to explain what is going on. The wait time can be a little lengthy sometimes, but it is worth the wait to have someone truly care about your child. I will stay with these pediatricians as long as we are allowed."
