"HORRIBLE PLACE! WE WAITED FOR 1.5 HOURS AND YET NO CLEAR ANSWER AS TO WHEN MY MOM WAS GOING TO BE SEEN. THE RESPONSE FROM THE LADY RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY POOR. THE MRS. LLERENA WAS USELESS AND LACKED ANY CONCERN OR BOTHER. SHE GAVE A STUPID RESPONSE TO WHY WE WERE WAITING FOR SO LONG AND THAT IT APPEARS WE WERE NEXT AND LITERALLY PUT HER COAT ON AND LEFT. THE GUY, NOT SURE OF HIS NAME WAS MUCH MORE HELPFUL AND ACTUALLY SHOWED CUSTOMER CARE AND CONCERN AS TO WHY WE WERE WAITING FOR SO LONG. BUT YET, WE WERE STILL WAITING. THE PLACE IS GOVERNMENT FUNDED AND SCHEDULE 3 PATIENTS PER HOUR EVEN THOUGH THEY CANNOT ATTEND TO THEM. APPARENTLY THIS IS THE NORM FOR THIS INTERCARE CLINIC IN BANGOR, MICHIGAN. THE STAFF THAT ASSIST ITS PATIENTS LACK CONCERN, CARE AND DO THE BARE MINIMUM IN TAKING THEIR CHECK AND GOING HOME. SO THIS MEANS, THE CLINIC GETS THEIR PAY. YET THE CUSTOMER ALWAYS LOSES, LOSES TIME WAITING FOR A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF TIME AND ALSO CONTINUES WITH THEIR MEDICAL ISSUE. IF THE DOC DOES NOT HAVE TIME FOR THE PATIENT, WHY EVEN SCHEDULE THE PATIENTS? OH, MONEY. RIGHT. MONEY AND GREED. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IF THEY CANNOT HANDLE THEIR BASIC PATIENT NEEDS."

"It takes hours to just get out of the waiting room and once they finally let you in you have to wait more hours for the doctor to speak with you. When it came to my check up they performed the minimum of what was required. It was VERY upsetting. The nurses apologized for running late and even admitted to forgetting me yet the doctor blamed me for being “late” even though I was 5 minutes early for my appointment. I strongly recommend to find somewhere else to get quality care."

"I want to give special props to my doctor Mrs.Kovac she was so sweet, caring, didn't crowd me, complimented me, and even sat for extra time to walk me through the patient portal set up. A doctor has never made me feel like they care the way that she did. Thank you so much ma'am for helping me through this tough time, you definitely deserve a raise."

"Staff was really nice and good bed side manners. But I don’t recommend getting dental work done. I had a filling done and it’s not even filled properly now I have to wait for it to heal before getting it repaired again. Also my gums are tired up from the dental work."

"They didn't have four and a half so I rounded up to a five. I've been looking for a doctor for quite a while I live around the Kalamazoo area and there aren't many options other than corporate doctors who only want to send you for more testing with their Affiliates Three Doors Down. I did have to wait two weeks to see a doctor or a PA, but to me it was worth the way I was a new patient I hadn't seen a doctor in years because Kalamazoo is so bad with corporate doctors. And this was about the only option I had in this area. I can't speak much for the dentist I didn't use that service but as for the desk and the people back in the rooms and the PA it was nothing but professional I felt that they were attentive I felt that they did truly want to help and I would recommend anyone going there."
