"Drove all the way to this office with my newborn three days postpartum only to be told their office policy is that the entire visit be prepaid ($250) if they couldn’t verify my daughter was already added to our insurance. She’s three days old, and we have 31 days to add her. On top of that, their new location isn’t updated so I ended up walking around their old building looking for a way in until I called to find out they moved next door. Then was greeted rudely concerning how I was late for my appointment which was almost cancelled. This office may have great providers but you’ll have to put up with a lot to see one of them. I guess I’ll never know."

"Front desk staff were rude, demanded a bunch of personal information unrelated to our kids visit, got even more rude when I asked them why they needed it. Nurse and NP/Doc were pleasant, but ran a "virus test" that they billed us $1000. Priced DIY viral swabs and they're anywhere from $50-$150. Absolute ripoff. A different nurse gave the kid the swab and rammed the thing in so hard I think she enjoys hurting children. If you can avoid this place you probably should. No wonder people don't trust our medical community anymore."

"Just so everyone knows you might want to actually know where the new building is located because they dont care that the move makes people late for appointments by just 2 minutes. Cancelled my appointment and wont call back the 3 voicemails I have previously left about medication refills. Horrible experience and this has been my doctors office since I was a baby."

"I'm not sure why this place is receiving such low ratings and negative feedback. The staff was kind and very helpful. I didn't sit any longer than five minutes before I was taken to a room. When I got to the room, the provider came in directly after the nurse. I was in the room no longer than 15 minutes total. He expressed my concerns, made the diagnosis, and prescribed me the meds I needed without me feeling rushed. I would 100% recommend this place."
