"I broke my glasses and went in to find out what could be done about them. The girl that helped me was very nice but she could not help me. She said I had to come back another day when the manager was working because they had not taught her how to fix them. Wow a 25 minute drive for nothing. Now I have to go back. I would suggest calling first."

"Amazing customer service today! - My daughter is on vacation in MI with a friends family. She lost one of her contacts. She cannot see at all with out her glasses or contacts. I am at home in the suburbs of Chicago. I had to call our eye Dr get her prescription sent over to this Walmart for them to fill it for her. They also allowed me to pay for it over the phone, since she didn't have the means with her to do that. It was a very Smooth process and I and my daughter are very grateful for the help Lashonda - (I believe that was her name) gave me. I would have had to drive 4 hrs round trip to get her them, if they couldn't help me."
