"2 months ago I suffered a neck & back accident' I fell from a deck backwards & landed on a cement my neck & back took a good wack' I went to urgent care' then to the neck & back clinic' he orderd therapy & a special neck brace to relive the pressure on the neck & spine' as of yet! I still dont have this brace! to my understandind I have to go to 4! Therapy sessions! I am in exruciating pain!! Suffering!! everyday unable to do life activity! Not only is my back in trouble' I have 2 bad knees that prevent me from walking properly' 3 sessions later' Im force by pain skip a few therapy sessions' Im not sure how that works' The sessions consites of 15 minutes of talking' 10 minutes of laying on the cot' while pressing my back asking does this hurt" for me' that is really difficult to do with my bad knees & belly hernia'" but I forced myself to go' so I can uptain the neck & spine brace" then more talking about doing home exercises' then the session is over" Because I missed a few sessions" do to pain" & they were aware" I get a nasty call that I have been kicked out of the program" I pleaded for the neck brace! Of course they said no! I have to do 4! Not 3!! So I talked to my neck & spine again & I explain the situation they asked me to continue the therapy" But rather than continuing' Therapy wants me to start all over Again! So' that means I wont be getting this neck & spine brace for at least another 2 months... So' is it pain? or pay? there concern??"
